Dr Shima Morgan is a General Practitioner at Canungra Town Medical Centre, providing care for patients of all ages, from children through to older adults.
Dr Shima graduated in medicine in 2016 and began her career in regional and remote North Queensland, where she managed a wide range of medical conditions across diverse communities. Alongside her work in general practice, she spent four years working in general surgery. This experience developed her clinical assessment and procedural skills and gave her a particular interest in minor procedures, wound care and recognising when a patient may benefit from referral to a specialist.
Dr Shima takes the time to listen to each patient’s concerns and works with them to develop a management plan suited to their individual needs. She values continuity of care and building ongoing relationships with patients and their families. Dr Shima is welcoming new patients.
